electronic can jump the wiring, check the side of module on the side that not working its by the wheel clean it! it gets real dirty!

scissor lift for less weight?

I have a robotic application for which I need my mechanism to raise about 10' in the air. The weight requirement does not allow for any aerial lift designed for a person to stand on. Does anyone make lifts designed to be 'lightweight' or designed to life something lighter than a person? Thanks in advance.

You haven't mentioned how light the weight is, but these cheap lab scissor jacks will handle about 35-50 pounds.

I tried a punch, tapping a screwdriver with a hammer and cleaned and lubed with WD-40.

My experience is that the key is radial and it needs to rock up slightly and gets pulled out with the sprocket pushed back.

if you elongated one or two center holes outward, before you started, you can span center by using two opposing holes,.... you back the bolt out to contact the back of the bar then keep going, using a wrench to pull off the balancer

You have to take the gear off first then take the key out, but you don't need to take it off to replace the belt. If you want to replace the front seal just take the gear off the seal will clear the key. That said after you take the gear off use your punch and hammer on the engine end of the key, as you drive that end deeper the other end will roll up when it rolls high enough put your punch under that end and tap the punch. The key will roll on out for you.

I'm having trouble knowing which direction takes me where, like, if I had ports back it...would I go left? Or if i had three seat pinch two seats oar, where would I go!

How do you anchor a tractor to a flatbed?

How do you anchor a tractor or skid steer to a flatbed trailer? Using those ratchet straps, or chains.

Tractors (and other things with wheels) need to be secured VERY well.
I recommend the use of chains and binders instead of straps for loads of over 2,000 pounds.
And make sure the chains are of sufficient strength for the weight of the tractor being carried.
And the binders must be TIGHT. Tires bounce, and this results in chains getting tighter and loser as the tires flex under road conditions. A lose chain can result in a chain breaking.
Loads should be "stretched" from front to back. Depending on the size and weight of the tractor, it must have at least 2 chains (one in front, and one in back) pulling against each other. Larger tractors should have one chain for each tire.
