Could I safely tow this trailer behind my Saturn SL-2?

The Saturn's towing capacity is 1,000 lbs.
The trailer's empty weight is 850 lbs.
I would probably fill the trailer with 400 lbs, exceeding the towing capacity of my car. Also, the car itself would probably be filled with 300 lbs including me. I would be driving on the highway, at about 65 MPH.
I wouldn't. Even though the car can tow more than it's rated for that's still a small car.
