Address Labels
where can I print address labels free online?
I am unable to install software on my work's pc's and would like to print off address labels. They are sheets of Connect 24 per sheet white laser jet labels. (3 rows or 8 labels). All the software already on the pc's are limited to database use so I am unable to use word or excel. Are there any sites that will let me type out labels and print them out on any printer ?
Thanks
If you have Microsoft Access at work, you will be able to print labels no problem..maybe. The reason I say that is that the labels you described have no margins on the right or left. I'm assuming that you have the Avery 5363, or an old box of Maco M-5363. http://macolabels.com/buymaco.php?partnum=M-5363 .If you try to create a report in MS Access for this label layout, you'll find that your minimum page margins are controlled by your printer. If your printer can't print full bleed, then you'll have to mess around with the report layout, and adjust your labels according to your printers margins. If your printer does print full bleed, all the way out to the edge of an 8.5 x 11 page, then you should be able to use the layout I created in Access unmodified. Here is the sample database in Access 2007 format:
